No cancellations or refunds are permitted; however, you may postpone your attendance to any available date within 12 months, provided you notify us at least two weeks in advance. 

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully; disruptive behavior may result in removal from the seminar without rescheduling. All seminar materials, including presentations and handouts, are the intellectual property of the training provider and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
